I wanted either an icon to represent the Holy Spirit (ie a dove) or a cross. This has both! I was slightly hesitant because there's something about the design that seems a little... <em>fey</em>, but I went for it anyway seeing as how the price was so good and it met my requirements.I really like it! It's a good weight and seems well made. The wood is smooth with a nice finish that's neither too shiny nor too flat. Hopefully my roommate's satanist friend will stay out of my room now!I also want to mention the company that makes it. They claim to be a community of Christians near Bethlehem. I hope that's true, and if it is true, than I'm very glad to buy from these people. I'm scared it's not true, because there can be some unseemly sorts in the Holy Land that wouldn't be shy about misrepresenting themselves to get money from Christians. I don't have any reason to think this is the case, but you never know. I really wish the company would post some pictures to prove their bona-fides.

Our church ordered these to give out for the Confirmation students when they got confirmed. They are beautiful and we thought they were perfect for that church gift.

The bigger one was out of stock, so I ordered the smaller size and had it sent to a very special younger sister. I wanted her to have a cross like mine. My cross from Zuluf is the only cross that I have on a wall in my house. It has deep meaning for me. The carving of the dove is beautiful. I love that the wood is from pruning trees in the holy land, and that they aren't cutting trees down to make them. And coming from Jerusalem with the bit of soil in it, makes it even more special. I was delighted when my sister opened her cross and liked it. Then she heard something rattling in the box and on inspection, a beautiful little carved wooden pendant fell out. It's beautiful too! She's already tied it around her neck and is wearing it. Thank you so much for this extra gift that my sister found in her box along with her beautiful cross. It means a lot to her and to me. Arrived with a small cross in the box along with the big one.I love both.It's not expensive and it's worth the money.I only didn't like Amazon's packaging,the box of the cross arrived in not very good condition,definitely can't be gifted that way.Lately Amazon packages the orders very poorly,it's getting worse and worse.

Arrived after a long time - I didn't know it was coming from Jerusalem! It is beautiful and was certainly worth the wait. It went immediately above our front door.

I love the fact this is handmade from olive wood with a gloss varnish finish. Nice, light colour with a dove added. The 14 stations of the cross are printed in roman numerals on the back so will appeal to Catholics during Lent. Adds a cheerful note to any room or to every room in your home. Why not give these as a gift to friends and family instead of an Easter egg ?

I have not put this up yet as need some one to do that, but the cross is very smart and I like the design with the dove and the Holy land soil adds to it. I am very glad to have bought a beautiful wall ornament that gives me encouragement . when my friend has her birthday I intend to get this beautiful cross as a gift.
