Le produit que j ai commandé le 23 sept 2023 est arrêté de fonctionner , à peine 3 mois , j ai essayé de le redémarrer à neuf avec plusieurs essai soit des combinaisons soit par téléphone et câble mais aucune connexion ni avec RJ45 ni RJ11 😞 led d alimentation voir photo reste tout le temps orange

Don't buy.
Worked perfectly fine and described for a while (few months). Used it for my SIP provider (voip.ms) after a while, it just doesn't work. It doesn't connect, the lights blink in a wierd way, and The phone menu (****) doesn't work. I wish I could return it but it was working when the return period passed. I set it up when I got it and I didn't touch it since. I also didn't change any configuration.This is NOT the first time this has happend:I have bought this product (different vendors) twice (Same resualt). If you're in the market for an ATA, I strongly recommend another brand. I switch to a Grandstream ATA. Works amazingly! No issues! Whatever the issue with this line of ATA's is, I hope they resolve it!!!

Piece of crap melted not even 12hrs after installing, it didn't even function to being with. Do not recommend.
