Great book for beginners
Just getting into Juicing I could not ask for a better book. So much more than just recipes, this book does have plenty of recipes however it brings so much more. Ingredients and what they have to offer their nutritional value and even a little bit of the history. As a beginner, I don't think you can go wrong with this book.

Great book, packed with a lot of information.
This is a great book on juicing for beginners. I like the that there are recipes in the book pertaining to what you would like to achieve. Also there are list of vegetables and how they assist with our health. Great purchase!

Great for beginners but (THE JUICING BIBLE) is far better than this book 📖
‼️NOTE:‼️MY LAST 2 PICTURES I ADDED ARE NOT FROM THIS BOOK BUT FROM (THE JUICING BIBLE) TO COMPARE THE TWO & HELP BETTER REVIEW IT AS A REFERENCE‼️‼️Great book to have for beginners. I bought this & (THE JUICING BIBLE) & this book just can’t compare to how detailed & amazing (The Juicing Bible) book is. This book has some good information & great recipes. The pages have a thickness to them that is nice & it does not feel cheap or thin like other books. I seen a review stating that no where in the book does it mention what the picture icons for benefits stand for but they are WRONG! I added a picture to show what the icons mean. I’m not sure why anyone would review a book before actually looking through and reading each page. This has some great recipes & each page is numbered correctly & can be read EASILY! It seems they have made a few small updates to fix minor issues that people complained about. Each page can be easily read & is easily seen & is legible. It has an index in the back. It also has a calorie chart in the back. It explains what each fruit is good for and also does the same for vegetables.It shows different health problems and explains what the health problems are but that’s all it says about the health problems in that area of the book unlike (The Juicing Bible) which goes into so much more detail and information that will really help you with diseases and illnesses. The last TWO pictures I added are from (The Juicing Bible) just to show how detailed and helpful that book is compared to this one. The value of each book is great but for a couple extra bucks I’d go with The Juicing Bible for sure. However I am glad to have both and I do recommend this book. 👍

So many recipes to use, dont know where to start. Healthy eating and juicing has been my number one priority as I get older and these resources are very helpful.

Juicing for your health
Juicer book. I ordered the juicer machine and need a nice book to go with it. I will try out both in a few days. I need to get my cholesterol down. Instead of statins I am going the natural way instead. I will try the juicing and smoothie for 30 days then get my blood work done. I am hoping I can go back to the doctor with my levels a lot lower and then tell him I didn't take his pills but did it naturally. I asked the heart doctor what the side effects , he just looked at me with a blank look on his face, he had no idea what the side effects were. I asked does it give you headaches he had to think hard, then said not that he had heard of. I looked up the side effects and headaches were first on the list.! That doctor is a pill pusher for sure.

New to juicing
I’m new to juicing and this book has been such a great starting point! I wanted an easy way to detox and get more veggies into my diet, and these recipes make it simple and approachable. The instructions are clear, the book is well-organized, and the visuals are a huge plus—I really appreciate being able to see what each juice looks like. I also love that it explains the benefits of each juice, which makes me feel even better about what I’m drinking. It’s beginner-friendly without being overwhelming, which makes it perfect for anyone just getting into juicing. Highly recommend for newbies like me!
