The headset is comfortable, easy to pair and easy to use. The voice quality was good. I was standing in a noisy area and no one complained about not being able to hear me or about too much background noise or anything. I didn't ask them if they had trouble hearing me but it didn't seem like an issue at all. The reason for 4 stars is the fit. The earpiece doesn't flex or turn so the mic was very far from my mouth. It was able to pick up the sound fine with that distance but it would be better if it could flex a bit to come close to the mouth. Also..the earpiece doesn't cover the ear completely because of the shape. I had to move the other end almost to the back of the head to try to cover my ear completely but that still wasn't enough and it make the headset uncomfortable. If you are using this headset indoors or in quiet places then it is absolutely fine.

I purchased this to replace a previous, older model bluetooth headset for home use.I'm not a fan of holding the phone up to my ear when having long conversations and when I call customer service agents, I like having my hands free to take note and do math when needed. This headset works great!I've asked many callers how I sound and they say it sounds as if I'm holding a headset against my ear. They say the sound is great and is exceptionally clear.From my side, I can say the same. The sound is loud and very clear. The range in my home is quite acceptable, but not phenomenal. I'm able to move about 20-25 feet away before audio quality becomes poor. To be clear, the drop is VERY steep, not gradual.Charging is simple and straight-forward, but the Micro-USB port may be just a little too deep for some cables. There are orange and blue lights to give a visual representation of what's going on with the device. Flashing orange and blue for pairing, orange when charging, blue when charged, blue when powering on, orange when powering off.The volume buttons do give a very concise click. Depending on how they're pressed, the caller on the other end may or may not hear the clicks. Most callers, I have to decrease the volume, which is nice because this means I have a lot of head space in the event a caller's sound is low and I need to increase their volume.In terms of the physical headset, the microphone gives firm yet inaudible clicks for each position. The ear piece and portion that rests against your head both swivel a bit. Resizing is easy and obvious. Buttons are mostly silent when pressed.In short, very solid headset. Great sound, great battery life, acceptable range, lightweight, and simplistic use.

I saw reviews stating that this was not for those with large heads and ignored them, because I don't have a large head. However, I do have a sensitive scalp and will get terrible headaches if too much pressure is concentrated in one place at one time. This has never before been an issue with any other headset I've ever used, but it is with this one. There is no way to make this comfortable or even bearable. I tried stretching it out, but it made little difference.

I originally purchased this model because I tested a co-worker's and it was crystal clear. Mine, however, is usually pretty fuzzy and has other audible periodic clicks that drown out the real audio. We tested this on a few other phones in the office and all had the same issue. It will not connect to my phone's bluetooth, so not sure if the issue is with the headset, our office phones (which otherwise sound quite good on our new VOIP), or some other weird ambient interference.The flip side is that the seller responded to my initial 3-star review and offered to send me a new headset, since I was having issues. So, an extra start for great customer support, but unfortunately, the headset is still less than desired.

I ordered this so that I could take calls for work while still being able to get other things done at the same time.The sound quality is phenomenal. I have heard from people I talk to that I am clearer with this than on my cell phone. It also cuts out the background noise so the receiver hears me crystal clear. As far as the person on the other line, the sound is nothing special, not the same crystal clear magic experienced by the other person, but I have no difficulty hearing them, and it is not any worse than using the phone.This was very easy to pair with my phone. I have been able to leave my phone in the middle area of my house and walk anywhere on the first floor with no disruption in the sound quality, including inside a closet. I have not tried going to other floors with this.The battery life is wonderful. I haven't timed how long one charge lasts, but I would say it is easily 12 hours if not more.The longest call I have taken with this was 4 hours long. Around hour 3 it did begin to feel a bit uncomfortable. It had been very comfortable up until that point. A little minor adjusting and all was well again.The microphone swivels so that the earpiece can be used on the right or left side.There is a tone that plays when the phone is ringing so you can tell from the device that a call is coming in.

Great headset. Pairs up quickly with mobile phones. I actually purchased it to use with a bluetooth enabled laptop. It paired easily but didn't work at all as a mic or speaker with the computer due to driver / software issues on the laptop. The fix was not an easy process; however it had nothing to do with the headset. After a couple of hours on the Dell support site upgrading and patching bluetooth and sound software (I think it was the wireless docking station upgrade that did the trick) it finally worked appropriately. I can now use it to record / narrate my class lectures for my students to use online.
