Amazon Basics Vanity Mirror with Heavy Base - 1X/5X Magnification, Chrome

I thought I might end up with a cheap knockoff brand but I was pleasantly surprised.It's a solid mirror. The glass doesn't look warped or anything like that. The metal is a smooth chrome finish with a minimal and clean design. Both sides are as they say in terms of including a regular mirror and a magnified side for viewing deeper details. The frame has a descent weight to it and the screws holding in the mirror feel sturdy (I'm not concerned about any loosening)I'd recommend. It's a good value for the price point listed.

I am mature. I went on a quest for a double sided, beautiful, reasonably priced vanity mirror for makeup and grooming without unnecessary add-ons. I did my research and ordered: WONDRUZ with lights $19.99 and sent it back. Next, MIRRORVANE Premium Rectangle $24.90 and sent it back. Then, MIRRORMORE 8"doulbe sided $19.9 and sent it back. Next NICESAIL 8" tabletop $24.99 and sent it back. FINALLY, I ordered AMAZONBASICS $16.49 and it is PERFECT!!PROS: pre-assembled!, sturdy, doesn't tip over, excellent stainless finish, 1x/5x magnification [which is ALL you need], clear mirrors installed tightly, perfect price packaged securely and fast delivery.CONS: NONE I have found the perfect, stylish mirror for me at last. I am exhausted but happy.

Excellent product. Very well made and is heavy enough that it doesn't scoot. The bottom has a felt cover, so it does not scratch surfaces. I would repurchase, but it is so well made that it will be sitting on my vanity as long as I am sitting in front of it.

Good value for the price. They look very nice. The only problem was that the mirror would not remain vertical in the stand. Kept rotating to the horizontal position, which required I hold it steady with one hand. Not good. Exchanged for another which works fine.

I bought the Amazon basic mirror first and it could not be assembled due to a piece being missing with threads in the base of the stem so the mirror could not be attached to the base.This version of the Amazon basic vanity mirror with heavy base is a really good deal. It comes assembled, is a good height and good 1x and 5x mirrors. And at a reasonable price. I’d recommend it to others and buy it again if needed.

It’s a nice mirror with two sides- one of them being magnified. When I was ordering this mirror it asked if I wanted to pay for assembly. I didn’t bedside I figured it would be just the base that needed to be screwed on if anything. The mirror arrived and nothing needs to be assembled!! Do not waste your money by clicking on that you would like it assembled!!

This is the perfect size and the mirrors on both sides are so clear. I have had some that looked a little dull - these mirrors are crisp. Great quality.

The Mirror is very good quality, but the mirror it’s self isn’t glued into the metal part all that well and I’m always worried that when I clean it the mirror glass part is going to break loose form the metal part. Over all I would buy it again, it has a very elegant design.

The only reason I give it 4 and not 5 stars is that it was a bit pricey in my opinion.

It is perfect for me. Well made heavy base does not tip easily.
