CAP Barbell Single D Handle with Rubber Handgrips

I initially bought these D handles because a kit I had gotten before only had one. These are just as sturdy and nice as the ones you probably use in a gym. I opted to get the rubber version because I plan to use mine in my home gym when it gets cold. For this purpose the rubber versions are perfect.Downside: these will squeak sometimes on the metal roller. I sprayed wd-40 on it and its been fine since

The handle is perfect. Very strong construction and the size gives plenty of room for manipulating in various exercises. This thing will probably still be around after humans go extinct. But seriously, it's exactly what I wanted and functions wonderfully. The only thing I did to it was give a squirt of liquid silicone in the handle groove to make a smooth action into a noiseless, butter-smooth action.

I needed a new single D handle for use with my lat machine for some new triceps and ab exercises I found and wanted to incorporate into my workout routine. I looked at several handles and liked the fact that this one had a rubber sleeve on the grip portion of the handle. The handle is solid with a good weld and the rubber sleeve on the handle is comfortable. Very good value and shipped quickly. Very happy with this item.

This handle works just fine and the welds on it are decent. I only gave it 4 stars as some of the chrome-like finish paint was sprayed on the rubber grip when it arrived. It's worn off over the past few months of use though, so not a big deal. Overall it's a great deal for the price, so I do recommend it.

It's simply a handle.... Grip diameter may be a bit large for smaller hands. But that's about it.

Yes... I suppose the welding on this handle could've been done more professionally... but my eyesight isn't great, and the welding looks perfect to me, so I won't worry about it. And I suppose the chrome finish could've been applied more professionally, but I'm not a youngster, and this handle will probably outlive me before it rusts, so who cares! And I notice the rounded grip fits my hand better than a straight grip, so HOORAY! I'll give this lousy cheap handle 5 stars, and I'll continue to have a great workout! Cheers!

So far so good. Looks strong but then again I didn't expect anything less from CAP. I've purchased some of their products before and have been fully satisfied except for just one item. I wont bash them for that cause I didn't even try to notify them about it so I'm also partially to blame. For all I know they would've rectified the problem but hey it is what it is.
