I got this as a little gift for my sister and used a picture from her wedding. When ordering the ornament you upload a picture and crop it to a rectangular shape. There is no proof or template to see how the image will be cropped. The final product my sister received was not what I wanted. It was much more zoomed in so you can’t even tell she’s wearing a wedding dress or that it’s from their wedding. The template should be designed as a half circle so you can see specify exactly what will be cropped out and what will be pictured. Luckily the ornament I ordered for myself turned out a little better but I was embarrassed by the final product for my sister’s gift. $25 I wish I had back.

I loved this beautiful, personalized keepsake ornament, which I bought for a Christmas gift for my son and his wife on their first Christmas as Mr. and Mrs. It’s durable and lovely, something they’ll be able hang on their tree throughout the years to come.

The quality of the end results is as good as the photo of the product advertised. My daughter just got married and this ornament, with a photo of her and her husband on their wedding day will be a durable keepsake! Well worth the money spent.

The photo I sent was from a cell phone. It is clear and beautiful on the ornament. I love it. Will order again if I need their services.

Reading some of the reviews being so mixed I thought I’d take a chance. I am so happy I DID! This ornament came out better than I could of hoped for. It’s perfect. The picture is not grainy and I’m not worried about it breaking on me. My husband is so happy with it too! Wonderful product!

This was suprisingly so beautiful. I was worried it would be cheap looking & not worth the money but it turned out beautifully & was a HIT as a gift. It’s pretty durable & seems like it will last a WHILE, kind of like a glassy material **their name is whited out for privacy**

It’s was a gift for my daughter and son in law and it came out beautiful! I’m so thrilled and can’t wait for them to see it! I bedazzled it with Swarovski Crystals as shown in the pictures so when it turns around hanging on the tree, it can be sparkling when catching the lights!
