BEAUTIFUL, DURABLE, STYLISH , and EFFICIENT!!!! Well worth your money, well worth double the money. These frames come in looking amazing in great packing. I instantly put them to use as I had antique pictures already printed off from my Dad of Alaska. I was using command hanging strips to hang the frames, which are HEAVY WELL BUILT FRAMES "thank God" well one frame no matter how many command strips I used would stay on the wall and kept falling off the wall minutes after hanging. The frames never busted chipped or shattered, yes they fell onto carpet but they landed on my night stand first and trash can, also bed frame.... they should have busted!!!! The one that kept falling fell 4 times a different one fell 2 times. These frames are AMAZING to go through the punishment and still be pristine. For the love of pizza, make sure if your use command strips to hang pictures, don't use the light weight ones on these frames. I have ordered stronger strips and am waiting on them in the mail so I can complete my project.

I was a bit nervous about buying these frames as I worried about the price being pretty cheap for the size of frames they are. Boy was I surprised. Good quality framing, actual wood and very high quality clasps on the back. Definitely recommend.

At first glance, I was pleased with these frames- they appeared to be good quality. When I hung them however I was quickly disappointed. I noticed that the hardware was rusty and flimsy and I realized that I wouldn’t be able to change out the picture more than once or twice without the metal prongs breaking. Also, the triangular hooks broke right out of the holder and the off-white matting was dirty on several of the frames (I bought 8).

I first ordered last year from this company and gave away a few of my prints as gifts. I was so impressed by the frames I ordered 2 sets in December and a day later (before receiving my first order) I decided to place another order for 2 more sets. All if these (16 frames) were given as gifts, well I will admit I did keep two of them for myself. :) Today I plan to order another 2 sets again because people were so happy and others are now requesting. Thank you for a great quality frame for the money.

I've bought these twice now and am getting ready to order a third set. Nice, wood looking frames with nice features. Their packaging to get them to me without broken glass or dinged frames is pretty ingenious. Both sets have shown up completely intact, they look great, and (maybe a little thing) I don't have to clean off dirt and fingerprints on the inside of the glass before using them. The only improvement I'd make would be to put a length of hanging wire in the package that would be long enough to work either vertically or horizontally to save me having to dig through my hardware drawers to find the 100' of hanging wire I bought in 1997 and have moved twice because someday I'll need it. OK, now I'm nitpicking. Great frames!

I've been looking for a set of frames for my 16x20 matted prints. I took a chance and ordered the set of 4. Received them last week and liked them enough to order another set of 4! They make my prints look very professional.Another reviewer said that these do not handle a 16x20 mat. That's incorrect; I use pre-cut mats from different vendors and they all fit. I'm guessing that the other reviewer had a custom-cut mat that wasn't cut precisely.It's really easy to insert or replace a mat. I plan on revolving my prints periodically so I don't get sick of them ...Both sets arrived with no broken glass. However, the first set was double-boxed and the second set wasn't. There's not a lot of padding in the manufacturer's box and think that all shipments of this item should be double-boxed by Amazon.

I have purchased about twenty black Display Guys frames in 8" x10", 11" x14" and 16" x 20".I would not mind paying more, to get thicker matts. It would significantly enhance any image framed.The frames are deep enough for Matts at least twice the thickness of that supplied. Better still, dump the double aperture spare matts, and supply thick matts. Photographers that do B&W photography, love the black frame, and only use it for one image, not two. That thickness and material is better applied to one thicker matt instead. Now I have to go a framing store to cut thicker matts for me, wasting my time and money. Money that would better sent to the Display Guys in the first place, if they supplied thicker matts.

These frames are beautiful and priced very affordably. I have an upcoming art show and used them to display my work (see photo). They are high-quality, visually appealing, and so easy to use. I'd definitely recommend them!
