Great stability
Colors are bright. Helps kids keep their projects together on a stable base. Can pick up and move to another play area. Holds Duplo Legos great. Have a 3 and 5 year old that start every play session with these bases. Great quality, reasonable price

Sturdy and works with all duplo and similar sized blocks
We bought these to work with megabloks mini and duplo sized building blocks. These base plates work with all our different brands. They are large and sturdy. Kids were really happy to get them. They have already decided that dark green is for building houses, blue is for boats, brown is sand and light green is pastures. We love creative toys.

So you wanna build a city
If your child struggles to build their plastic block creations on carpet, these will help them build the city/town or ginormous house of their dreams. They work with the standard large plastic blocks and the knockoffs as well. The corners are rounded so they would not connect seamlessly if you're putting multiple together to make a table or large space, then don't get these.

Exactly what I thought I was buying - still wishing differently
It's great for what it is and there is not many options with this type of price, but it has no way of connecting on the bottom - which I knew about beforehand.I also wouldn't mind if it was cheaper but only included 2 plates instead of 4. What's the point of having 4 plates if you can't connect them? We usually only use 1 due to do that.
