Really great case. The black looks amazing with the space gray macbook. It's a little hard to install. At first I thought my 2020 mac wouldnt fit but it's just a really tight fit. It takes a little bit of muscle but you don't have to put so much pressure that the screen cracks. Just be careful and the effort will pay off because the case is amazingly sturdy once everything clicks in place. 10/10 would purchase again if I was crazy enough to attempt to remove this case to replace it

I bought this to replace my other cover which had got cracked and eventually splintered at one of the corners. I never had any issues with that cover, this one which is the same brand, seems to pop loose every once in a while, could just be this particular case, either the lock tabs to short or the plastic a little more pliable. As I said the other cover was great, it lasted years actually and I'm pretty rough with my MacBook sometimes. This one has worked well and only gave 4 stars because of those random moments when it comes loose while opening it. I keep thinking I'm going to break it, but hasn't happened yet.

Been looking for a case for my new MacBook, this one seemed promising vs. the other ones I was looking at. Lucky find I guess, seems like a good case, tight fit overall. I really like the matte finish, but if you're into shiny things, this one is not for you.Pros:- It doesn't block any ports, even with some of my USB-C connectors on the larger side.- It doesn't block the ventilation openings significantly either, my temps haven't changed.- The top and bottom shells do not rub against each other near the hinge when the MacBook Pro is opened/closed (so many cases did just that on my older 15" Touch Bar MacBook Pro, the screen was literally bent every time I would open/close it).Cons:- The top shell is extremely tight, expect a couple attempts before you get it on right (make sure to secure the corners near the hinge first).- You can toss the keyboard cover, while it looks and fits good, it's useless and makes typing painful- Quality is alright, but twenty-three bucks for a piece of chinesium that costs less than a buck to make is a bit of a rip-off. I guess that's the price to pay for being an early adopter. I expect the price to go down once Amazon is inundated with similar cases.We'll see if it lasts.

The case looks a bit cheap but serves its purpose well. It fits my 16-inch MacBook Pro (2019) adequately, though not perfectly. On the plus side, it effectively hides some of the dents on the corners of my laptop, providing a cleaner appearance.

Bought the 16" version. Top half had to be forced very hard to install, to the point where I double-checked the instructions to make sure I wasn't doing it the wrong way. Finally got it on, but it never quite fit right.Despite not experiencing any kind of falls, bumps, etc., the corners of the case are already cracked/broken after only a few months of use. To be clear, they broke on their own, just from the tension that holds them on the computer. I wouldn't be complaining if they had broken due to some kind of actual impact.The feet are held onto this case by a non-permanent adhesive that comes unstuck easily. It's a miracle I haven't lost any of them yet, but that's probably because I'm so used to them falling off that I check to make sure they're still there every time I pick up the computer (at least one usually isn't). This problem is made worse by warm temperatures, but it can happen under any conditions. Sliding the computer toward or away from oneself while it sits on a surface is more than enough to dislodge them. They can be stuck back on, but it's clear they won't stay for any meaningful amount of time.Finally (this one is a nitpick, but you should know about it), I hope you like your laptop to look gross, because this case shows skin oil very easily. You will have greasy fingerprints on it wherever you touch it, even once. After a while, this evens out because you've managed to evenly coat the whole thing in fingerprints, but I would much rather it just... not do that.Anyway, I'm pretty disappointed. It's worth buying a better one, even if you have to pay more. This one isn't worth the plastic it's molded from.

I'm in law school and I carry my 16" MBP with me in a backpack. I could tell it was starting to get a bid scratched from the in/out of my backpack. I decided to get this case.I went with black because it blends in more and I wanted to add some accessories (folding cell phone arm and retractable feet) and will be getting in black as well.Assembly was straightforward. So far it fits well and is staying attached.The one downside is that my USB-C adapter no longer connects to my MBP because the case adds too much size to it allow it to attach. So, I've had to buy a different USB-C dual hub.I'll update this review if the case fails in any way.So far though, worth the money.I didn't think I'd care for the keyboard cover, but I actually like it.
