Missing parts
Bought this new. Missing tub spout. This has been installed before. Full of water and rusty parts. To late to return.

Will not last already chipping and now looks cheap.
Very difficult to install. Blacks started chipping immediately and has continued down the hose. The rainfall is nice. Also the handheld is not secure and if it set to this when you turn the shower on it flys everywhere which if I knew I would not have bought.

Great buy
We bought this for our newly renovated bathroom. I will say it was not the easiest to install as it came with no instructions, however we were able to figure it out and it works nicely. The pressure is amazing, works very well.

LOVE THE RAINSHOWER! not the tub faucet
The rain shower is amazing, good pressure and the hand held is good as well. However, the tub faucet runs like a sink faucet, and takes a total of 10-15 minutes to fill my entire tub due to the way it pours water. Aside from that I like it
