For those that have used this on pet stains, (old or new) does your pet return to the same spot or does this eliminate the smell that attracts them?

The pet stains I get are from cats upchucking, not urinating. So, returning to the same spot doesn't really apply. Good luck!!

Can you Duluth this with water or does it have to be used full strength?

I dilute for regular household. Cleaning. But for outdoor furniture or extreme ground in dirt, i will use full strength. Use to your need it is a grest clesner!

does it work on pet stains and odor?

I have no idea about pet stains and odor. I believe Krud Kutter has a special solution just for that problem. i can tell you that it worked on a high traffic area (I have oatmeal colored carpets in the living room and hallway and nothing worked to remove the dirt util I tried Krud Kutter,. It worked great.

Is this the same as rust oleum-carpet stain remover?

Not that I'm aware of but it worked very well on my light colored carpet that had plenty of other stains.
