Used for strapping tumble dryer, good condition with no issues

Ingenious, but it took some working out!
This was used to strap a stacked washing machine/tumbledryer. It is a great product but it needs an explanatory note on how to thread into the ratchet correctly. We had to go to Youtube to work it out.
