Honestly disappointed. I tried eucalyptus and actually it smells like petrol, and peppermint has the exact same scent. I don’t really think they’re 100% pure natural as they smell very chemical. To be avoided.

Thank you for the scents they are great, I did expect them to last longer than a couple of hours upon burning but other than that they are what I asked for fragrances that fill the room.

Lovely, long-lasting scents, good value for money

Fragrances are sooo individual but this neat (and beautifully presented) little set has all the basics to suit your own needs. I use mine for all sorts of different things, not just the oil burner thingy in the lounge.I add a few drops of the eucalyptus oil to a little cloth thing I hang on the rear view mirror in the car - I find it helps me to stay focussed when driving. I alternate that with the orange and lemon ones mixed together - so lovely and fresh.I add a couple of drops of the peppermint to a dry cloth after I've cleaned the kitchen and just give every surface a quick whizz over to get that zingy clean feeling.I'm not a big fan of lavender or rose but using a few drops of this mixed with an almond oil carrier, I've got little scented pomanders (basically some cushion wadding wrapped in pretty fabric and tied with a ribbon) in the airing cupboard and wardrobes. But that's just me, everyone will have their own favourite way of using these.I've got other oils so I'm looking forward to creating a good blend for my humidifier/misty thing - I think a rosemary oil would work brilliantly with the orange oil for a Spring fresh kind of scent.Overall, a very good price for this set - love it.

This is an excellent set of essential oils that come nicely presented in a box perfect to be given as a gift to someone. You get six different oils which all smell beautiful and exactly like the flavour they are. They give off a strong scent which smells very natural and without any chemical smell to them which I like, and the Peppermint and Eucalyptus oils come through the strongest as you can smell these before you even open the box.My favourites are the Lavender and Rose oils, but the Lemon also smells amazing and reminds me of lemon flavoured sweets when I was a kid. I’ve got a diffuser that holds 1500ml of water and I found approx. 20 drops of oil is a good amount to use without it overpowering the room. It seems a lot, but the diffuser holds a large amount of water and will last for several days so it only sprays out mildly.Overall, I think these oils represent good value for money and they smell really nice. You get a good mix of flavours that make your house smell lovely or help to add to the atmosphere if your having a relaxing bath or special night. They would make a lovely gift as the box, label and oils are nicely presented. I’m happy to recommend this product and I feel it deserves five stars!

Beautifully presented in a made to measure box, this would make a perfect gift for anyone who likes essential oils, whether for use in a diffuser, or for massage. Personally I like to use them in a diffuser, so that's how I've tested them.A few drops is all that's needed to have a lovely fresh scent wafting through the house. I think my favourite is probably the sweet orange as I love all things citrus, but the others are lovely too. The peppermint is great fro the bathroom, and a few drops in the clothes dryer (used only in winter, I hasten to add), makes the laundry smell really fresh without adding chemicals.Excellent value at just less than £10 for 6 x 10ml in that lovely little box I mentioned earlier.What a pity I don't have anyone to give these too - guess I'll just have to keep them for myself...
