As a lifelong Lego fan, I’ll admit that I was a bit skeptical about the app and interactive features that Lego was touting about the Hidden Side sets. This was the first of three (3) Hidden Side Lego sets we purchased for our daughter for her birthday, and the only one we’ve assembled to-date. I have to say, we were all very impressed with the app and the interactive ghost hunting adventures. It’s a toy that provides not just creative play, but also family entertainment and fun. :)

Amazon had the best Lego daily deals. I like how this spooky set looks on my center island with my other Halloween Legos I've purchased over the years. My son super glued the stationary bricks together so it never falls apart. Lego are the best, but when they break apart and sets get mixed up its a nightmare.

Purchased this item for my 10 year old. It was easy for her to put together. The app I actually had to find myself. And then once she found the product on the app she played the game and had so much fun. It was a very interactive game using a LEGO set. It's not a game that kids can sit for hours a play (which is great). She played for maybe 5 to 8 minutes and was done. But she can always go back play again.

This set is fun and an easy build. I like the spiders and the ghost minifgures especially! Hidden Side is a fun series for fans of ghouls, even if you do not play the app game.The only catches are the Spiders and bats don't stay in the trap very well, and also the strange angles of the build. Just me personally, Build like this make it harder to add to a Lego display, because they don't fit on the Lego Baseplates.

Pretty cool interactive Lego with the Hidden Side App. It kept my son's attention for an astounding 7 days! I feel like if the ghosts were real though, he'd play with it more. You know, to get rid of all the ghosts in the house and all.

I wanted to give my 7 yr old nephew a Halloween project. This lego set was perfect. Right amount of challenge for him but the real treat was the free app to download on the computer and there was a clue type game to play by scanning parts if the built lego set.

This is a fund set to build and very solid once put together. It's very simple but with nice details. Personally, the ghosts, are not the best of the line, in fact, they are different from the ghosts from all the other sets, but at the same time that adds something different and it's a good quantity of ghosts for the size of the sets. As for the Jack minifigure, so far this is the only set with this print and color, adding more to it.
