Q: Are the jeans as light as pictured? The light vintage is the one's I mean!

They fit good not tight not like they were skinny jeans(not that I have have wore skinny jeans)I’m 165 lbs 5’8”wear31-30 they fit very well

Q: Do these actually fit over boots?

I haven't tried them with boots yet but from the looks of the leg opening, they'd have no problem. I used to even wear slim fit jeans with boots and most of the time, it's fine.

Q: How much do they shrink in length after washing them?

They shrink very little if at all. They fit fine but I bought 32X32 and they had to be shortened, but 24 bucks and they were fine. They are not true boot cut and if you are going to wear cowboy boots they will be pretty tight. Overall I would buy them again and I bought two pair Hope this helps EDDIE
