These gloves are awesome! I bought these to go with my Green Egg. I read some of the reviews where they said they could feel the heat if you held it for a few minutes. I could not. First, I baked fish at 400 degree F. I used the gloves to pull the pan out and held it. And held it. No heat. I took it to show my husband that there was no heat coming through. So then we used it for our new green egg. We ran out of charcoal halfway through our smoking. I used the gloves to remove grill, drip pan, and deflector. I could slightly feel the heat from the deflector. After holding it for a minute, I quickly placed it down but my hands did not get hot yet, only warm. I am really glad I got these!

These thick and durable heat-resistant gloves are perfect for my husband, who smokes meat, to protect his arms and hands from the heat. They are large enough for him, and he is 6'2 "and 350#. The gloves are also easy to clean. I would recommend these heat-resistant gloves.

Works very well. I've grabbed hot oven racks and grill grates with no issue. Dexterous enough to handle meat going on coming off of a smoker.

Value for the money is spot on. Very flexible well designed and has a good grip.They're comfortable and easy to remove. And they definitely shed heat or protect you from heat very well. I tested them out on several items over 500 Degrees and they do not let heat through. The best grilling gloves as well as rotisserie gloves and smoking and whatever, their great I was originally debating on the 14 and 17. Opted for the 14 to save a little bit of money, and I don't think the 17s would be that much better for what I use them for

Perfect for flipping a fryer basket. The grease can be cleaned off the outside. We have them dedicated to the fryer to keep grease spread to a minimum.
