I’ve never had floor heat before and thought this whole expense was planned out. It was not and I found myself spending thousands more than budgeted for. Not anyones fault but my own. I read the reviews about how someone could build this themselves but after receiving this and booking it up, holy smokes. This thing is beautiful! I can’t imagine the time and attention it took to make this! I’m rebuilding a burnt down house and know how to and have done about 90% of the work with my better half, but this is not something a weekend warriors could or should do. Was delivered in perfect condition and very quickly. Everything went together seamlessly and the heat it provides is a whole new level of comfort. My contractor friend has been trying to get me to agree to floor heat for years and I always snuffed my nose at him. Haha I’m thinking he was on to something now.

So I bought the three (3) zone system. They have schematics for their system but that's where it stops.No info. on how to connect , they don't ask if it's an open system or not.I followed all the instructions as provided, but I had a few issues. Only one light would light up on the mother board where the thermostats wires connect. Heating system would not engage because there was an issue in the way we connected one of three pipes we connect to the plumbing board. Called and talked with Mike Huhn and tried to trouble shoot this.He asked that I send a picture and he would call back. I asked where to send the picture? He gave me what he said was his cell number. But it was a cell number for someone named Mark, Who did not answer when I called. Mike never did call us back . I tried to reach the company many times after that. They would not answer. You could hear the phone click as to hang up on their end each time I called.This was our fourth hydronic floor system we have installed so we do have some knowledge .Never have used this product before.Conclusion,Don't know if this is a great product or not at this point. However, if there is no support from a company you buy from. and they go out of their way to avoid you after purchase. Do you really want to give them your business? From what I read in their reviews today, We are not the only ones they have treated this way.Anyone purchasing products from these guy's, I say good luck.Ken H.

Great and easy to install. A problem with the control board and I am waiting on FloorHeat to send the new one, not an easy issue to get around. I had to remove the panel, send it back and in the meantime purchase one loecally. But overall satisfied with the ease of installation and the manifold

A bid pricy but cannot beat the convenience. Excellent packaging, strong cardboard tied to a wooden pallet. Well put together. Definitely buy again.

This system is about the most difficult to purge I have ever done in 20 years the layout is a bit awkward and pump was installed backwards on board customer service was like kpulling hens teeth andstill waiting onreplacement pump 2 monthes

Saved a lot of time and money, looks fabulous and works great.

The boiler kept shutting down due to a faulty component in this system. I made repeated calls over six months, they never answered the phone. I left requests for call back every time, they never called.

We ordered the system for the radiant floor heat in our building. There was nothing wrong with the system. We just decided to go in another direction when it came to our heating system.
