Had to trim the rubber pad just a touch
One of the rubber pads on the back was getting in the way so I had to trim it slightly. After that it fit like a charm.

Pain to get in at first but is sturdy and fits like a glove
The worst part about this product was the initial installation. The rubber (plastic?) buffers at the bottom of the clips come up just high enough that it can be a pain to get the clips to actually latch when first putting it in. It took a lot of smacking and pushing to get the top clip to latch but once it was in it was incredibly sturdy. I've had it installed for months now and after driving around especially on bumpy or rough roads there has been absolutely no vibration noise or jittering coming from the part

Fantastic
This thing was super close to the factory one that was previously in my car (some idiot broke the original one before I owned the car). This one looks and fits beautifully, I can't tell the difference between it and the original one.

Apparent Exact Match for 2010 Ford Focus
It's a tight fit to squeeze the clips into the slots with the rubber bushings that are provided, but the entire assembly matches the one I took out. Another reviewer noted the rubber probably eats the plastic, which I agree with based on what the setup looked like when I took the old one out. I don't want to remove the rubber without some other noise dampener however, as the rattle of plastic against plastic would be super annoying in my opinion.

Really a time-saver. I was getting ready to get an old part from the local scrap yard for cheap. I was really surprised that Dorman makes this perfect replacement for my 2010 Ford Focus SES. The part finish and fit is identical to the original one. Make sure to clean both openings in the door frame. Original metal clips with pieces of plastic were still embedded there. Removal and transfer of original switch was super easy.* Make sure to press in as hard as possible the new part in. The replacement rubber grommet looks thicker by an hair. Once pressed-in, these rubber grommets will deform just enough to insure a tight fit in place * DONT TRIM THESE GROMMETS.
