It’s a Seiko 5
Looks great, it keeps time fairly accurately and is not too chunky. The cream face, gives it a semi vintage look but all the flash of modern day watches. The bracelet feels sturdy and well made while the clasp leaves a little to be desired, but overall a very well made automatic watch.

Great watch in the automatic class…
Seiko always does well. I was concerned upon seeing the line dots in yellow, but they still work quite well. I’m gaining about a minute a week, so it’s definitely within normal automatic specs. I had been eyeing the variation in blue, but that’s now far more expensive. Ahh well…. Good watch.

Nice watch.
A really nice looking watch with nice weight to it. The milanese bracelet that come with it gives the watch a stunning appearance. It is tall on the wrist, but that is part of the appeal for me.

Good but a bit disapppointed
I have seen this watch in many places on line, read/listed to reviews and decided to purchase from...Macy's. However, I couldn't take it that day (too long to explain) but out of curiosity looked on Amazon when I got home. I saw it was listed for about $40 less but I also had some points built up from my Amazon VISA. It was a no-brainer to purchase from the seller on Amazon. It arrived quickly and had a full mfg warranty (awesome!). Once I received it, I discovered the chapter ring is misaligned in some places but not others (Ugghhh! An aggravating QC issue Seiko is well known for). I thought about it for a couple days and thought I might return it but didn't want to play the back-and-forth game of 'hoping' to get lucky and receive one that is actually aligned. I'm starting to regret keeping it as I'm not sure if I can exchange it after wearing it. But once you 'see it, you can't un-see it". What is pathetic is my $56 Casio Duro has WAYYY better QC than this (and many other) $210-250 Seiko watches. The lume is great and I can read throughout the night. Mine runs about -5 seconds a day which I know is within specs so I just set it about 30-40 seconds fast and let it 'catch up' over the course of the week. Overall, it's good if you can live with the annoying QC issues.

Great looking watch!!
I have received a lot of compliments on the watch. It looks and feels like a high end luxury timepiece. It has become one of my everyday favorites.

Runs very slow
This watch looks nice, but it runs very slow. It is within spec for the movement it has. I did not know this Seiko movement had such broad tolerances. Since then I've only purchased more expensive Swiss watches with ETA and Selitta movements that are much more accurate. This watch is OK for someone who is more interested in getting into mechanical watches and wants a cheap watch that looks nice. However, I don't recommend it if one wants a watch that actually is good at telling the time.
