It works well for its size. Draws about 180mA fully on at 6V. It is pull only.

This is a fairly high quality, tiny solenoid, and it is rare to find one that actuates at such low voltage and current. The plunger is not captive (and in fact will enthusiastically escape at every opportunity—a return spring is included to facilitate this). However, it is incorrectly described as "push and pull." As noted by another reviewer, it is pull only (there is no plunger on the reverse end that can be used for pushing). If you want to use it for a pushing application, you would need to have it fully actuated at all times, which is not typically desirable.

Works as advertised but I grossly misjudged how small of a solenoid this was. The piston is also free floating and will bounce right out of the housing when the current is cut.

Functions as it says it will. The plunger will fly out if not constrained, but works well enough.

Really small as expect, but the power wasn't very strong.

This is not a Push-Pull Solenoid as advertised. So I give it 5 stars for pulling and 0 stars for pushing.
