Modern Looking and Fun Motion Sensor
It fits perfectly in our kitchen. Very modern looking. I really love the motion sensor. It stopped working for some reason so I emailed customer service. They were super helpful and quick to reply. They replied within the hour. It turns out I just had to reset it and they explained how to do so.

Great hood, excellent product support
Great hood. Have been using it daily for the last 3 months. Very happy with the price for the quality we got. All the name brand hoods were considerably more expensive, and for something under cabinet, we didn't care much about name brand.One of the parts was missing but we received it promptly after reporting the part missing.

Motion sensors don’t work
Kitchen 30 in range hood works great between unit buttons and remote BUT the motion sensors do NOT WORK. Turned the fan on to make sure that it was functional before install but forgot to check the motion sensors. Didn’t realize that it didn’t work until hood was already installed. Average noise level. Good strong fan. Timer has 9 minutes max and sometimes is not enough time to remove strong food smells. Functions great minus the motion sensors not working, hence 4/5!

Doesn’t work with remote
Giving 3 stars because we have never gotten the remote to work with it.It does it job well and I like the the buttons are easy to use.

Strong recommendation
A great hood. Really does a good job at odor removal. The touch control and touch less features work well - no issues a few months in. Installation is straightforward if placing it directly into an upper mounted cabinet. We did not do that here, so there was a little bit of planning how best to build it into the kitchen, but it came out well. Highly recommend. Customer service has been great too.
