I have had stomach issues for months and finally went to a naturalist who took a stool sample to test my good and bad bacteria. We all have bad bacteria and sometimes have an overgrowth that overpowers our good bacteria. I begin a regimen of probiotics. She told me to look for probiotics that probiotics that had at least 6 - 7 lactobacillus strains in it. I have been taking probiotics with this amount of lactobacillus and as a result my bloating, distention, and gas production has reduced tremendously. It is true when they say that our health begins in the gut. Some may say it is too expensive to pay for these kinds of supplements; however, the way I look at it is, that you will pay for it before you get sick or after. The routine that I used was for the first 2 weeks I took 2 probiotics 3 times per day. The next two weeks I took 1 probiotic one time per day and have continued taking probiotics every day. The purpose of taking so many in the beginning is to recolonize the good bacteria in the gut. Once the good bacteria has been rebuilt it should continue to repopulate. The battle of the gut is the Battle of good bacteria versus bad bacteria you need both but there must be a balance. This product has the correct amount of lactobacillus needed to recolonize. I've been having some stomach problems for a few years and I have experimented with many probiotics. As I found out, most of them - including this one - appear to be completely useless. However, I am not sure whether my experience can be generalized. Whereas I found a brand that works very well for me (Nature's Bounty), everybody's stomach and guts are different. My advice is to try a few different brands to see if something works for you.

Product works very well , i have had issues with what i think is IBS and this product has calm down my issues . I also had really bad gas and bloating after using this for about a month now that stuff has been forgotten . Excellent product for sure.

They do exactly what they claim to do and have Lactobacillus reuteri is in this product. Google the science on this amazing probiotic strain.UPdate: Les Labs has resolved all issues, regarding promotions, and has demonstrated real empathy.I have tried numerous probiotics, and none have worked for my constitution, in such a short time--45 minutes for gut issues--and is the best for the money.

I was really pleased with the LES Labs Probiotic 12+ from the start. It helped with my digestion immediately and helped keep me more regular which I have trouble with periodically. I have tried other Probiotic supplements in the past that have not worked nearly as well. I am going to continue taking it on a daily basis. I would recommend it highly!

After much research about different probiotics the ingredients in this product is the best for me.I have diverticulitis and I even brought the bottle with me to my gastroenterologist and he agreed. I would recommend this to anyone who is having issues like mine

Recently started a high fiber diet and now I can’t go. Have tried multiple products including fiber supplements, bio complete 3 and citrucel. Apparently too much fiber is binding?!? I have to take two of these before bed every night just to be able to go without laxatives. Only thing I have found that works. I am definitely open to suggestions lol.

I suffer from leaky gut which has caused me to have a Histamine Intolerance to many, many foods. I have been working on healing my gut by food selection and taking a probiotic, easier said then done. I've tried 10 different type of probiotics some I have reactions to and others don't seem to work at all. I take one pill of LES Labs Probiotic 12 and within a day I saw results. My bowel movements are regular and I am not reacting as badly to high histamine foods. I will order again and recommend this product to others.
