Practice & Progress Lesson Notebook

Love this book. Our piano teacher was writing her little weekly notes on small note paper and that worked well but the pieces of paper were hard to keep up with from week-to-week and impossible to keep up with permanently in order to track progress. I decided to invest a few dollars in this book and I am so glad that I did! Now, all the notes, assignments and practice suggestions are easier to read and MUCH easier to keep track of. There's enough space for about a year or so of instruction. Plus, we will be able to keep these books forever, just like we do her song books, to remember her years of piano. I only wish I had invested in this book sooner; I'd love to have her first three years of piano documented in this manner!

I use this text for teaching piano and this notebook is essential for me to keep up with assignments. I'm able to write out what I want the student to do each week and they have a place to log their practice time. It also has space for notes/comments so I can write in things I think they should work towards or goals for the week. When they bring it to their lesson every week, at a quick glance I can recall where we left off from the week before and jump right into a new lesson!

I LOVE this book! I teach piano and these are the same books my teacher used when I took piano lessons 20 years ago. They are great to keep organized - there is plenty of room to write all the songs/theory assignments, and I love how there is a tracker at the top of each page for the students to track their practice time each day. I LOVE how this keeps everything organized!
