Inner layer: Made up of 304 food grade stainless steel, it is rust and corrosion resistant and non-toxic. Middle layer: Pure thick aluminium alloy body distributes heat uniformly and retains heat for long. Outer layer: Made from 430 super conducting stainless steel which displays superior thermal conductivity and is ideal for any cooking surface. Gas stovetop, electric compatible. Dishwasher safe.
