What do you recommend for sq for subara brz, this model or focal 165f?

I would pick the 165F, Access is a lower quality product in materials and performance... Also Access line is made in China, and PSs are made in France. To stay 3-way go for a Focal PS 165 F3 Component Kit... Leaving the Focal territory, if you have the budget go for a "JL Audio C5-653 Evolution C5 Series 6.5" 3-Way Component System", is a superior SQ tool to get some nice soundstage. Good luck on that project.

What amplifier would you recommend for this set?

I recommend a good 150 - 200 watt 2-channel amplifier. I'm running mine off an old school fosgate 150 and these speakers sound amazing. They are so crisp they make my truck sound like I'm on a soundstage. Amazing speakers by a great brand

Would a Rockford Fosgate P600x4 be able to run these components?

I would say that would be the minimum spec to run these speakers. They can easily handle more power but depending on your music preference 75 watts RMS should just be enough. If the budget is there, I would look towards 100 watts RMS as a better cleaner power option...
