I enjoy many Philip Kingsley hair products, but not this blonde shampoo. My hair is white and a natural Neutral-blonde. This shampoo added a yellow-blonde cast to my hair, which I didn’t like. I need my natural white and natural neutral blonde hair color to compliment my fair neutral skin.tone. I don’t need this shampoo to turn my hair yellow.

I have grey curly thin hair. Now after using for a month or so, it has changed the texture and become soft and silvery.They have to package it better, hence I gave a 4 star.

I’ve been using this about 2 months. It definitely brightens my gray hair and makes it appear a softer white in contrast to the pepper part of my salt and pepper. It also is gentle. My hair feels very clean but never feels dry or damaged even without a conditioner. I’ll definitely continue using this. It’s with the price.

I enjoyed the mild scent and it really brightened my hair colour. I have natural blond streaks from the sun and am getting gray which can seem dull. The shampoo left my hair soft and brighter after first use. I would recommend it.

Imparts a beautiful shine and texture to the hair plus enhances the brilliance of gray and white color. A little goes a long way.

I have grey hair that is multi-layered in color and has lots of white in front. This is one of the best shampoos for silver white hair that I've ever tried -and I've tried a bunch! A bit expensive, but gives my hair a softness and gloss that is quite lovely. I'm complimented often on the shine.

This product did not cover all of my grey hairs as I hoped it would but it did fade the whiteness of the hairs to medium grey which is good i guess.

Wish I hadn't paid so much for this. It's OK but isn't worth the price to me. Can't really see any difference when I use it, and the smell is not very pleasant, like chemicals. The reviews I had read were extremely glowing and raised my expectations way too high.

Bought this to help tone down the brassiness in my blonde highlights. I am transitioning from heavy blonde mixed tone highlights to my own silver and pure white hair. My older highlights had taken on a yellow brassy tone and I wanted to try a shampoo over having to pay for a regular application of a toner at the hairdressers. I tried it just as a shampoo and found that it did nothing. I can't use the heavily purple coloured shampoos like Touch of Silver or Fudge brand as they trigger my scalp eczema. I put this to one side assuming it just would not work for me and visited my hairdresser for a toner. Once the toner had faded out and the brassiness began to raise it's head I thought I would try the shampoo again but in a different way. I slathered it onto my dry hair avoiding my scalp and left it on for about 20 - 25 mins. Then thoroughly rinsed it off. Result! It has done a great job of lifting the yellow tones, even brightening my own silver undertones. I am really impressed and will continue to use as required. Obviously absolutely no purple staining.

I bought this shampoo to remove yellow tones in my white/grey hair. I normally use fudge but that can sometimes leave my hair looking purple. Unfortunately this has not worked- in fact it failed completely to make any difference to remove yellow tones . There is no staining as is the case with some other purple shampoos but this made not one bit of difference. Really disappointed as this was quite an investment.

I bought this shampoo to keep my new highlights looking good, and it's ok apart from being incredibly thin so that it's actually quite difficult to get on your hair without spilling some. This is not a problem I have had with other Philip kingsley products, and at this price any wastage is not good at all.

I bought this originally on qvc and always left my hair lovely, but this bottle from amazon I question if it is genuine. It smells different, lathers up very soapy and leaves my hair dry therefore leaving me to suspect that it is not genuine. Totally different to the one of qvc which was lovely

This is a great shampoo if you have white hair which tends to get yellow tones in the sun . It looks a dramatic colour but that goes when it lathers. I intersperse it with my normal one and just use it in the summer.
