Olga helped me fix a self-inflicted issue (I didn't read the instructions) really quick. Super friendly and product works as advertised!! I highly recommend this for you business as many of the other hardware/software providers are a rip off they over charge. FPC products are reasonably priced and their service team will help you for free, and they are actually knowledgeable and patient.

The tech support, John, is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the software and the hardware. He is very busy but always returns your phone call even if he is tied up on a call at the time you place your support call. He always remembers you and is very courteous every time no matter how busy he is. Fredy is the person that normally takes the support call, and always makes sure John is told about your call.

I've had this product for about 2 years already and have only had 1 issue with it but it wasnt the products fault. It was the wifi companies. Visionis tech support was easy to get a hold of and fixed our issue in 10mins. We rely on this product heavily to work daily 24/7 and has been doing its job. It was a medium technical self install but just follow the instruction and easy as that. I would buy this product again.

Pretty simple to install. Awesome support. The difficult part comes with the program and software.One major drawback for the software is it's missing the ability to control from your phone or remote computer (like an app or cloud based website). Everything has to be done on that specific host computer, which can be a bit of a hassle depending on how you run your business.Would recommend though.

The best thing about this product is the customer service and help desk. You can control doors through software as long as you hook up Ethernet. The software is a newer version. A bit if a learning curve, but good software. I just wish I would have gotten the remotes.I have called customer support many times and each time they are FANTASTIC!! This is the BEST!

Very easy to install with videos from FPC Security and tech support especially my conversation with John he was a huge help! I would highly recommend this product and company to any business or community center like ours!

This system is extremely advanced for a non-experienced do-it-yourself-er. But I was able to figure things out and get it working. Still having issues with certain permissions.All in all though, I am in trusting my building's security on this product now.
