A Yogic Path Reflective Journal Hardcover – September 1, 2020

I love that I have this to use alongside my planner and journal! When I’m not looking to write much but want that grounding experience of reflection and anchoring in for the day, this makes it so simple. Gorgeous format. I say use it with whatever deck you feel called to that day, but would def. recommend using the Yogic Path deck for monthly spreads, which I show in the pics. Honestly, the stickers are amazing, I would prefer a couple more sets of the cards rather than the more graphic stickers offered, but they are beautiful and useful as well. Maybe some stickers sets could be made to really make this an on going practice, ok people, I hear you...but I grew up having Lisa Frank sticker box collections and that shit is amazing. SO MORE STICKERS! ok, I think I’m good now. Grab this journal, I totally recommend if you are devoted to your spiritual practice and struggle with routine.

I recently discovered one of the most beautiful journals and I am in love with it.The cards that are meant to be used with the journal are sold separately, but both are well worth the investment.I've been using this journal for just a couple of months and it's become a daily staple that keeps me grounded in the mornings. The quality of the journal is top-notch, making it feel like a fancy one. The only downside is that it isn't up to date for 2023, (moon phases) but it's not essential to the journal's appeal or benefits. The journal is undated, so you can start your journey with it anytime!Would highly recommend for anyone who is on a spiritual journey!

I have been using this journal for a little over a month now and absolutely love it! The things I love about it the most are:- The detailed guide at teh beginning of the book about the Ayurveda dosha cycles and how they relate to the menstrual cycle- How to make the best of the journal for different aspects each month- The daily pages and the questions that we are prompted to think about deeply every single day, such as "I love myself because..." - most journals have a gratitude list but the idea of penning down why you love yourself every day, even at the end of a hard day, is so valuable and life-changing!

So excited for this! I bought the oracle deck last year and it is my favorite deck! I have been learning about Ayurveda for almost 2 years. The oracle deck and this journal provide a way for me to learn while practicing. It is a beautiful combination of the cards and a space to track my moon cycles, astrology, energy patterns, and a wonderfully organized place to document it all as I continue to create spiritual practices and sacred self care practices into my daily life. Oh my Goddess! This is such a beautiful journal It is organized in a way that you can start any time of the year which is a huge plus.They daily prompts are thoughtful, yet simple. Personally, I’m someone that struggles with consistency and this will definitely help keep me accountable without overwhelming me.The artwork is beautiful and the journal itself is very well constructed. It pairs with A Yogic Path Oracle deck which is also magnificent. Seriously, I purchased the deck last year and ended up gifting it to SO many people.So excited to put this into practice!

I absolutely love Sahara's reflective journal! Instead of writing my thoughts down on random pieces of paper, I now have this gorgeous bound booklet that includes daily affirmations, intentions, and end of the day reflections on each page. I appreciate how each month has a new theme or card ( I highly recommend purchasing the Yogi deck to get the most out of it!) to meditate on and how she breaks down ayurvedic practices, how moon cycles affect the woman's monthly flow, and the difference between Vedic and western astrology...It all ties together so beautifully! Oh, and she included super cute stickers as well (yes, i'm almost 30 and still enjoy stickers! don't judge!) :)

Beautifully written planner that helps ground and settle you into your day. It also contains a PM portion for additional reflection, which I appreciate. For me, the bonus feature is incorporating a card pull from Sahara's corresponding "A Yogic Path" deck plus tracking your female cycle in Ayurvedic terms. This is the first journal/planner that I've used which incorporates these features and it all works so seamless! 10/10 recommend, especially if you're just embarking on your spiritual journey like me! Get ready to transform :)

I bought this last summer and used it for the entire year. I plan on starting it again August 1st. It’s a great deck and journal. Can’t wait to begin another year with it.
