Seems to be made well. Chrome not perfect but for the money pretty good.
I like that it came put together. My 2011 ultra limited required that I had to drill 2 holes through my chrome covers.

No mounting bolts included but still a great deal for the money !
These really surprised me with the quality and thickness for the cost...they fit very well but did not come with mounting bolts...chrome finish was very clean...be aware you may need to ajust (shim) the chrome spacers on the docking mount to fine tune to your bike (not a deal breaker)Overall good quality, Very good price...I would buy again

Saved $$$$$$$ easy installation
I had to work on them a little and buy different installation screws (ACE Hardware, $6.00) but for the money I saved, it's well worth it. I SAVED LOTS OF MONEY and had to do <5 minutes of fabricating. Installation to include removal of saddle bag and old single mount (Hint: Use the old mounting bolts to measure your new bolts purchase) High value. It worked for me. If you can change your own oil and clean your own bike, you can do this.

It will fit, but... ***update***
OK, read what others have said. The supplied screws are the wrong thread pitch and will strip. Go to your Harley store and get 1.5" 5/16" chrome or stainless screws.Next, while the chrome on the face of this product is pretty nice, the chrome on the edge of the bracket is not smooth but is polished. You'll need to look close to see this. But, if you're used to Harley chrome (or Kuryakyn chrome, V-twin MFG chrome, etc.), you'll see for yourself that there is a difference. Of course, this product its way cheaper price wise. In terms of function, perfect. Overall, the average person might not even see the difference and from a distance, you won't be able to see the difference.***update 7/19/2020*** after fully installing and attempting to add the detachable backrests, etc., OEM detachable backrest and racks do not perfectly line up with the attachment points. They're at and odd angle and will not perfectly fit. I took away another star for that and that. I suppose you could force your attachments on but that's not a good idea. Also, the screw that hold the attachment points on are loose and will need to be tightened and threadlocker (blue) will need to be added. I took away another star for that. I'll probably be sending these back.

either gonna have to buy new fender strut covers for like a street glide or drill the two holes needed ...
This WILL work with a 09 Electra Glide but... you will have to do one of two things, either gonna have to buy new fender strut covers for like a street glide or drill the two holes needed per side to mount the docking station. I didn't want to waste time or a couple hundred bucks waiting for new covers to show up milled out the 4 holes and of course like all the other reviews said I went to the hardware store to get the correct bolts the ones provided were a 1/2" to long and would hit the fender.

That all work togeather with ease.
The docking system was a good buy. Some of the ad on's used with the system slide right on and some are a little more difficult to slide on like my tour pack bracket.

Cheap stuff, to check frequently
The bolts are not the good ones to fit my 2010 electra glide (metric for imperial) i had to but New ones. The alignment with the tour pack is not correct. A few days later, rust began to apear.

What more do you want for the low price?
These look good out of the package. Seem flimsy and i don’t think they’d support the weight of a tour pack but it’s hard to beat the price. The measurement on the bracket is just off enough that I had to bend the backrest to fit on and the screw bolts included with these were the wrong size. I nearly cross-threaded my receiver but fortunately caught it before doing serious damage to my bike. Overall, decent for the cost and for limited purpose as long as the buyer is paying attention.
