My old door handle was made by a brand manufacturer. After five years, its plastic parts were broken. I tried other brand door handles in which I found defective parts and plastic parts. I think this door handle is well made without any plastic parts. It looks great. I hope it lasts for a long time.The installation manual could be better. Over all, it is well worth the money.

The media could not be loaded.  Stylish and easy to install. Looks beautiful on our etched glass door. But if you need a more robust lock, this may not be your best option

These handles are absolutely top notch in quality and build, particularily for the price. Anyone shopping for double door sets with matching dummy handles knows either it's going to be an astronomical cost, or no one even makes the set you need. This set does it all for a fraction of the price, with a sturdiness that you can be confident on. I didn't have a need for the duplicated key barrels, but that was a nice touch. Important for grayish market door hardware is feeling of the key itself and its operation--feels as solid and just like any common door hardware maker's, and should have no problem cutting duplicates. I didn't really look at the instructions as my doors already had existing mortises and holes--EXCEPT for the through-hole for the bottom handle screw--be very careful here as the instruction calls for 7/16" dia hole and this is absolutely way too large (nearly half an inch?). The stud that passes through the door outer skin is much smaller (around quarter inch), and the retaining screw on the door inner skin only needs to be wide enough for screw shank to pass through and mate with the stud (around 1/8 inch). Make sure the handles are plumb vertical, as a slight skew becomes very visible and hard to rework (slot the lower holes). Finally, for the decorative screw cover on the door inner skin--the decorative cover actually unscrews from the inner plate as they come already attached out the box. You can take them apart using the bottom of any screw and turning the divot. This is in the instruction but you might miss it as it looks a bit bizzare.

Once this pull & lock is installed, looks great, The pattern for drilling the bottom hole for teh pull handle is only for a right inword door, I have aleft so took extra time to get the correct position before drilling the hole.

More than we expected. Rugged yet modern and elegant. Reasonable price. Top notch customer support. Very pleased.

Product arrived quickly. I did pay a locksmith to install, as I had other lock issues that needed to be addressed at the same time. He had this job done in 20 minutes. The handset it replaced was 35 years old, and was glued to the door by years of paint. Removal took awhile so he didn't goof up the existing interior and exterior paint. Once removed, he found all the holes for this handset exactly matched the holes handles he removed. I guess this was unusual. He agreed that based on the price, this was a sturdy handset. Many handsets he installs run $500 to $1000.

This was incredibly easy to install. Everything you need is included. I obviously chose to skip the dead bolt but I installed it on my garage door and it is great too. (Please excuse the obvious sanding issue) It's gorgeous and highly recommended!
