This is the second treadmill I purchased from this company. Loved the first one and needed a second one and since Christmas was just around the corner I decided to get myself this beautiful gift. Treadmill is great. You can fold the handle and keep it underneath a standup desk. I have it next to my desk and use it as break time from work. I was able to place my iPad on the phone bracket and I watch tv shows when walking. It’s quiet enough. Light enough for be carried between two floors. Very smooth when walking. Narrow and small to fit in a small space. I absolutely love this treadmill. It’s also pretty. My first one was white and second one is red. Very sleek looking. Does the job when weather is cold and icy out or when it’s too hot in the summer. Would definitely recommend getting this treadmill. It does not have an incline so it’s easy on my wobbly knees. It also has a remote control which is nice. Does not produce a smell.

I use this for back and pelvic pain relief after sitting at a desk all day. It's been really nice to just get up, step to the treadmill, walk for a few minutes, feel better, sit again. It's improved my balance, too. Only thing I don't really understand is how much of the lubricating oil is supposed to go onto the belt at the beginning of use. It came with 2 bottles, I put one whole bottle, and so far no bad noises. The unit is quiet, extremely easy to fold down, lays flat with less than 5" clearance, so can go under tight spaces if need be. The remote control is what I wanted, not phone controlled. I velcro'ed it onto the upright so it won't get lost. The manual that comes with the unit is poorly written by someone that doesn't understand the English language, but Hey, they got the point across. It was delivered 4 days sooner than the schedule said. I was able to "walk" the box from my front door to the office with a little effort. I unboxed the unit, put the oil on the belt, raised the upright, plugged it in, turned it on, and walked. For now, I'm not using the hand rests. I like that it gradually gets faster as you use the controller, able to fine tune where I'm comfortable. I did get the unit that is 58" long so I got a longer tread surface, glad I did as I can take a natural stride. I'd buy it again. I've had it now for about 10 days, using it almost every day.

Starting with the positive+Very easy to set up+Solid treadmill that I could run on without feeling like it would fall apart+Relatively quiet+Able to adjust speed via remote, app, and dashboard+The arms that attach to the dashboard are solid enough that I could simply lay a board on them and have a work stationWhat I'd like to see improved-The display only has 2 locations - flat or up at an angle. This limited how I could position it for my set up.-The "arms" that connect to the dashboard are not adjustable If I wanted to put the dashboard down flat, I had to take off the arms. So it wasn't easy to adjust and put away.-The dashboard shows several speeds but the only way to adjust the speed is on 2 buttons (Up or down). The dashboard speeds are then just for show and I would have liked to have been able to simply push the desired speed.

1st for the service received. FedEx delivered to the wrong address and would not correct their mistake. I had pictures to prove it. Goplus tried to get FedEx to correct their mistake and after a short time, they just shipped me another unit which arrived quickly.2nd for the treadmill itself. I've used it a handful of times now in the last week. It really was simple to setup. The handrails are really handy if you are going over a slow walking speed. The app and remote are easy to use that control the speed. I was really surprised by how quiet it is considering the speed it can get too. It's great for walking but can be a little tricky for running without practice. The ability to fold it down and store it under the couch is great. It also has small wheels on one side to help move it easily if you want.I am really enjoying this and glad I upgraded from similar units I was looking at. The added features are great.
