Communicated with a national sales manager in advance of the purchase and was assured this was their genuine model and that it would come with a calibration certificate. Arrived with no certificate, was at least 10 kgs. offcompared to a calibrated JAMAR and when I wrote the same manager to report and ask to arrange consideration heignored me. Advised referral source not to refer them again. Hey. 21st century. Did I REALLY think it was going tobe calibrated...?

The item was new but there were parts /components that are clunky and loose( maybe it gies with the deaign and make ) . Overall, the instrument is good and useful to my practice..Thanx amazon!
