Tune Belt Armband for iPod Touch 4G, 3G 2G 1G (1st 2nd 3rd 4th Generation) Black

My 2009 Ipod Nano finally died and I love using a simple device for running, so I dug out my 2012 Ipod Touch and looked for an armband. This one works well. The plastic covering the touch screen isn't completely taut so sometimes it's a little wonky trying to work the controls, but if you get a playlist on and don't need to mess with the Ipod much during your workout it's great. I personally would have liked the little Velcro piece that can hold your headphone cord in place to be on the opposite side of the window, but this is negligible. Also, the band is smaller than the device height, so getting the band tight without pinching skin can be a bit wonky. I would have liked the band to be a bit wider to accommodate the weight of the Ipod. Overall, if you want to hang on to your old technology and/or don't want to spend $$$ on fancy new devices, this armband can keep your Ipod going for a while longer.

I've had this arm band for quite some time now, and it was today, that I felt compelled to leave a review. I orginally bought this arm band for use with my Ipod touch 2nd generation. It worked well for that, despite the band not fitting me on my upper arm. I suspose I should buy the extender. But anywho, I recently purchased an Iphone. I was able to insert my 4S WITH CASE into this arm band. I was amazed at the stretchiness, yet tight fit. I will recommend a tune belt arm band to all my friends. My Iphone was VERY protected! Having a case along with the Tune Belt provided a barrier for sweat, and my Iphone stayed dry and secure! Couldn't be happier!

Perfect fit for my I-pod touch 4th generation. I have a fairly big arm, but this is big enough. If your arm is close to the stated max of 17 inches you would have trouble though. Only minor issue is the volume buttons on the side are a little tricky to use since the case is pretty thick there. No trouble at all making changes on the face of the I-pod through the plastic face. Overall, very good quality, precise fit, and I am very happy.

This armband is great to use if you have a smaller arm, it adjusts well. It has a nice little feature of a velcro flap so you can put your earphone wire through and the wire won't bounce around and pull your earphones out as easily. It is good quality. The problem is that the ipod fits in great, but the plastic covering for the screen doesn't sit firmly on the screen. It is kind of wavy, if that makes sense. So using the touch screen on the ipod is practically impossible: you have to push and touch the plastic screen over and over again before it will skip a song or whatever. It is annoying. I am super bummed because everything else about armband is really good. I guess if you just turn your ipod on and don't do a lot of skipping songs (like maybe if you are listening to an audiobook) it would work really well. I'm a big song skipper so it's not so great for me.

Touch screen fails sometimes but it's super comfortable to wear. HOWEVER, if you're a big biceps man (or a woman with man size arms) it may not fit you. Strap is not that long which I like. It fits my arms (bit over 12") just right.

I bought this armband for my iPod touch and it has worked really well. One reason I bought this model was because it said it had a covered entrance. I sweat a lot when working out and so this feature was really important to me when trying to decide which armband to pick up. It has been great so far for keeping my touch protected. I have no problems controlling my touch when it is on my arm. The armband strap fits my arm (13") perfectly with a couple inches to spare. I'm not sure it would go up to 17" but I noticed there is an extender strap available if needed. I also like that this armband is not too bulky as some others I have seen and the little flap to control and store the cord is real handy. Very satisfied with my purchase!

I've got a pretty small arm, and this fits nicely with no pinching. The clear part that goes over the screen is a little thick, but not enough to cause a lot of problems. I just wish this had a slit in the bottom so I could charge my iPod without having to take it out of the case.

This is a worthy armband for the 4th generation iPod Touch. My only criticism is that there's no opening on bottom for USB charging, so you need to remove the iPod entirely to plug it in- unless of course you cut an opening which I've done.

Very pleased with this which i got for my husband to wear on his arm at the gym, he’s happy with it as well, he says it doesn’t slide down while he uses equipment. So i would recommend to anyone
