Worked like a charm
So I'm the parent that changes the password on the computer daily to prevent her son from getting on the computer until he's finished his chores.Only this time I forgot the password.I tried every hack in the book, spent hours and then finally gave up and ordered this disk feeling like a failure.I WISH I'D ORDERED IT SOONER. 3 minutes after it arrived on my porch I was into the computer and a veritable hero to the Roblox community:)Easy to use, great value, can't thank you enough.

It worked but instructions not thorough
Luckily I had done a lot of troubleshooting before I ordered the CD to reset my password and was somewhat familiar with the process from on-line You Tube videos. The instructions that came with the CD were not only repetitive, but left out all of the finishing steps. There were about three more steps after resetting the password that were not included in the directions. I was amazed it worked in the end. If you improve your directions (half of a torn piece of paper) - you'd have a better product and experience for the end-user.
