I cannot believe this stuff is not more popular. I've never seen it in grocery stores, but I was browsing Amazon and saw it, and really liked the idea. Is this stuff cheap? No. But you're ordering 12lbs of sugar... That's enough to last me well over a year, and that's being conservative. I normally buy the regular Sugar in the Raw, and use it for sweetening drinks like coffee or tea. I still have normal white sugar for baking and stuff like that. I was looking at the images and reviews of this stuff, and thought this looked like a nice hybrid between the two. Maybe I could use this for both. I have no experience with baking with this stuff, it does seem slightly larger than actual white cane sugar, but let me tell you... I used the normal amount of sugar that I normally use in my coffee with this stuff, and it was WAY TOO SWEET. Holy cow! With this sugar here, you have to use HALF the amount of sugar you normally would. That is how sweet it is. And that is awesome. I normally use two teaspoons of sugar in a mug of coffee. Well now I only have to use one to achieve the same amount of sweetness. I have never used a sugar that has made that big of a difference. I would highly recommend trying this stuff if you're looking to buy some sugar, it is not talked about as much as it should be.

I've had SUGAR in the RAW's "turbinado" in the past but didn't know this same company sold organic sugar. While searching for organic sugar I came across the SUGAR in the RAW's "ORGANIC WHITE SUGAR ". A little expensive for the weight, maybe the company can make a 2 pound bag. This is my second purchase. All in all a very good organic sugar!

Delicious. Use less than regular white sugar

This stuff is very good....The smaller packages make it very easy to use...don't ever have to open more than you need.

Tiny granules. Dissolve easily. Purity in taste. Requires half the amount of processed sugar to achieve a pleasant sweetness. Highly recommend.
