Plugged in to my power supply doesn’t even come on feel ripped off

Quality Control?
Turned on my PSU and the atx power connection began to melt at the wire. Took apart the jacketing to see what happened... it was pinned into the atx connector backwards.not fun and not happy.

Powers the fans fine but the screen was Dead On Arrival. Not buying again, shipped back.
