This ruler is very clear to use and doesn't have all the little markings most quilting rulers do which makes it easier to see when trimming embroidery blocks prior to sewing together.

Olfa is more expensive than similar products but is by far the best quality rulers and cutters globally, so if you have high standards in your life this is the way to go!

Love this ruler. I keep it next to my sewing machine for cleaning up seams for my scrap quilting. Heavy duty, with easy to read measurments.

Received this ruler very quickly even shipping via 2 different postal services. This ruler is thick enough to always measure accurately and made it unscathed in the mail inside a thin envelope. The ruler is easy to read as well. Very pleased with this purchase.

It is too cloudy, I could not find a clear one, so i order this to my regret

The product description says 1" x 12". It is NOT accurate. The ruler is 1 1/4 x 12 1/2". I don't mind the discrepancy in length, but the width of 1" was very important to me as I was calibrating my 1/4" seam on my sewing machine for my accuracy in sewing seams and creating a 1" inset. The ruler was to be placed in the inset to let me know if something needed adjusting.

This size has proved useful many times over when I didn't need my large rulers but needed something longer than my square rulers. Easy to read and handle.

Perfect size and lays nicely on fabrics.

Easy to use and measure with, the size is great as you do not always want a clumpy ruler. It therefore fits easily into my work box, but is rigid enough not to break.

Long an narrow was what I thought I wanted. Product is good & sturdy, but feels like it would be so easy to slip off with cutter. Actually though using a shorter, wider ruler feels easier & safer, but not the fault of the actual product
