They might not be as soft as expensive sheets or even your favorite t-shirt but they fit my odd sized hospital bed wonderfully! I'm sure they would fit the XL twin too and probably even fit if you have one of the old-time 3/4 beds that would be hard to find sheets for... They are very stretchy and easy to put on and stay on.

I love these sheets for my husband's hospital bed! They stay in place great and never slide off of the corners.

I had been trying to find more fitted sheets for my dads hospital bed and these were perfect. We were given a couple from the hospital and the material is the same. Have washed it several times now and they have not fallen apart like other people have stated. These are soft and my father has not complained , he says they are comfortable to lay on and he spends most of the day laying down due to the lack of being able to sit up.

Fast delivery! Nice long fitted sheet with deep pockets that fit nicely on the hospital bed. We purchased this because we had a hospital bed fitted sheet that did not stay put. Mom is in home hospice and can't really move by herself. So we use the chuck pads to pull her and position her on the bed. Even when we pull her up to the head of the bed and side to side on the bed, the sheets don't move! They are soft, good quality, and definitely durable! Would buy this fitted sheet again in a heartbeat!!

These are wonderful hospital bed sheets! In the past few years, we've bought several different sheets for hospital beds, and so many are skimpy (they're so small they won't stay on) and flimsy (so thin you can see through them, and we've had to resort to using two at a time). My spouse recently transitioned to an alternating pressure air mattress, and the pockets of the old, small sheets couldn't handle the extra thickness of the mattress. These sheets have deep enough pockets to fit the thicker mattress with no problems. Additionally, the 24 ounce weight of the fabric is much higher in quality. If you are dealing with a thicker mattress, or you're just tired of poorly-made, low-grade hospital sheets, definitely buy these--they are worth the extra expenditure!

I bought these for my husband who is bedfast with Parkinson's Disease, and recently hand to undergo surgery for a chronic bedsore on his back. The hospital strongly recommended a Clinitron (?) bed for him that costs way, way more than the average person can afford.Instead, I bought the softest sheets I could find, several feather pillows to wedge around him so the surgical point doesn't touch the bed, a gel egg crate mattress topper, and this pelt that goes under the sheet. YOU WOULD NOT BELIEVE HOW SOFT THIS MADE HIS BED.I am thrilled to report that three months after his surgery, his back is almost totally healed; he is no longer in any pain from the sore, and I didn't have to mortgage the house for that bed.

This bed sheet is a perfect fit for a twin adjustable bed. I have purchased one year ago also made by MEDLINE and it lasted quite some time but it was very hard to find another one. I contacted MEDLINE with the picture of the tag and they could not find their own product! I bought 3 other sheets from Amazon that had the same picture but it was not the same product. I finally found this one but MEDLINE was no help. I bought 4 more of these sheets. MEDLINE makes a great product but their customer service was subpar.

Finally, a sheet that actually fits a hospital bed mattress correctly! I’ve been using twin-size bed sheets on a hospital bed air mattress and they just never fit properly. Not only does the Medline Premium Soft sheet fit, it has good thickness and is comfortable.
