First shipment had both units severely cracked. Exchange shipment arrived 24hrs later in perfect shape. These are EXACTLY what I needed. I was able to consolidate a 4ft high stack of long boxes full of rolled leather hides and another 3sqft of materials into two of these under bed bins on wheels (with room to spare). I no longer have a wall of boxes at the foot of my guest bed, and I can see all of my different leathers easily. These are amazing not just for space saving but for ease of access and protection as well.

These are not cheap but will outlast the plastic containers by 100 years. Buy rubber, not plastic.The plastic ones will eventually yellow, crack and the handles will break.

I haven’t had the chance to really put these to the test, but they are functional and the lids latch well.Like other reviewers, our set came with one lid missing. I contacted Rubbermaid customer service, which directed me to contact United Solutions (they called it a different “department”). United Solutions was very helpful and immediately shipped us the missing lid for free. It took a week or two to arrive, but that was much easier than returning the whole set and buying a replacement.

arrived today. they are definitely clear, not at all cloudy, which is really nice for storage. One small negative, the handles on the side are what hold the lids on. The handles look like they could break easily, and if they do, there is no way to keep the lid on. Plus, the lids I got were ever so slightly warped, and that little warp made it difficult to get the lid locked on.

We were using cardboard boxes to store emergency items. They were okay, but these make everything look a whole lot better, and you can see what's inside without having to take it down and scrounge around through it.They're more than sturdy enough to hold heavier, smaller items or a bunch of little nitnoid things. I looked at a lot of other containers, and they were either too long, too shallow, or too big. These were the Goldilocks size for what we needed, and they fit on our storage shelves.The lids are superb. Just lay them on and close the tabs, and they're secured nice and tight.

These are super durable. I use them to storey daughter's clothes and toys and a million other items. They are small enough to stack in closets or garages. I like that you can see what's inside too. The latches are very nice and easy to open

Buyer beware. Don't buy these they are too brittle, will break quickly and will need to be replaced.These were sold as tough and I bought them because they are Rubbermaid and they are clear plastic, but they perform just like the cheap stuff. Extremely fragile, slight impacts completely shatter them. Drop them only four to six inches with anything in them and they crack straight through the bottom. Stacking them and sliding them on top so that the back side drops a few inches and they crack and shatter. They perform like thin glass and that is saying something. They are unacceptable for a storage container this size. Other Rubbermaid products that I have purchased are tough and durable but they are opaque. When I found these, that they were clear plastic and made by Rubbermaid I had confidence they were as advertised. Very disappointed and at this price point they are incredibly expensive and not worth even buying them at 5 cents on the dollar because they just won't last. Unusable for storage other than soft goods (blankets, linens, plush toys) sitting on soft carpet. Even then if they are pushed against something solid or hard under the bed, they will crack.Also after using them past the return date which is not long, which I did, they fail quickly and are non returnable.

These are very large and fairly sturdy, deep and high plastic boxes to stores extra shirts, sweaters, socks, towels, what have you with matching plastic lids - and here's the issue - pretty cheap blue plastic latches on both end which flip over once the lid is on to 'click' the lid shut. The box plastic is mid range which means it is fairly sturdy but it is not strong : but for the purpose it is fine. If you put a lot of heavy things in and stacked them that might be a problem for more than two or three I would wager but they go fine if you have high deep shelves (take measurements) and put them next to each other on storage shelves. The plastic latches are the issue : they are made of very thin plastic and do not totally snap the lid shut - they just close it tighter but not totally tight or clicked shut because they are weaker than the plastic lids. One box of six received had one latch broken on arrival. Amazon was nice enough to refund the price of one box affected - but they should have a deal with Rubbermaid to ship a set (6) of replaceable latches as over time there is a high risk of breakage of these latches, not the plastics boxes themselves which are otherwise seemingly fit for purpose. Rubbermaid can also make sturdier closing latches as well for the next generation of these things. Overall the size and volume of the containers worked for my purpose but I would have preferred a better quality of hinge/ closing latch as these are minimalist.

The four lids arrived damaged. I contacted the seller for replacements. Great customer service providing a quick response and resolution. Replacements received in good order.The product itself is Rubbermaid. Not much more to say there.

The handles fall off easily and you have to really work to close the containers, the plastic is cheap feeling and is not worth the price paid, especially considering it’s a Rubbermaid product. The handles were broken off when I received the box.
