Great for Baking but WAY too expensive!
I have purchased these pears for years to use with my cobblers because they bake very well. I used to be able to get them at a local restaurant supply store, but I haven't been able to for nearly a year. In the store, last I paid was $11.00, and now they are double the price on Amazon. It's highway robbery!
