Great vitamins! Easy to swallow. They don’t have any flavor which is great. I have a hard time taking vitamins that don’t taste good. My vitamin D was low & my doctor did a blood test after a few months of taking these & it was good again! They are good vitamins that get absorbed !!!

This is a very high quality vitamin. I take one of these in addition to a 5,000 Vitamin D with Vitamin K by the same brand. My Vitamin D values are finally normal.....worth the money!
