UPDATE: Housailei saw my review and immediately replaced my heated curler perfectly new AND issued full refund. The curler heats up fast and I followed directions and my non existent lash are long and full. My hubby saw a huge change and if he like it I’m keeping!!DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT NOR ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE! My pictures say it all except how I became sick after opening this thing.

Easy to use and it does not need to grab the lashes to curl like the Old curling tool
It heats up very quickly. But for shorter lashes it takes a while to shape it upwards. You’ll need several tries to get it up. Easy to clean the mascara from the wand.

Arrived disgusting and damaged.
Do not buy this product! This is how it arrived. It looks disgusting. It arrived so dirty and sopping wet. I was honestly scared use it. It also won't work. I tried to wipe it off and plug it in even though It Arrived filthy and it won't turn on.

Makes my lashes look beautiful!
I love this curler as it makes my lashes longer and stand out better than mascara alone. It also feels warm and comforting to me.

Don’t spend your money on this. It’s a flat surface and you just press it up against your lashes. It does not work great... I was hopeful and excited but now it’s just collecting dust in my closet.
