These are easy to fit and refill and have continued to work since installed at the beginning of the 1st lockdown lift. I’ve used with both gels & liquids and found liquids work best. Battery changing can be difficult as not obvious which way up and down the AA’s need to be inserted. I’ve wall mounted the ones filled with liquid sanitiser and placed collection bucket for any excess underneath. I’ve filled one over the sink with washing up liquid. Really useful to avoid wastage & stop cross contamination.

The package arrived a couple of weeks ahead of it's delivery date. We mounted ours with command strips, as I didn't want to make a hole in the walls at work. Once the gel has gone through- you do have to trigger it a couple of times before the first drips come through- it works well. We have it for public use on entry to our offices, and people keep trying to press it to use, also they don't take their hands away as soon as the drip has released, so it keeps squirting and they panic and keep the hands too close!Not the machine's fault!Watch out for the area above the hole through which it dispenses gel, that can develop a 'crater' and if there is no gel to squirt, it will keep trying, so please keep a check on this.Very easy to use, and effective for our needs.

I first purchased this dispenser a couple of years ago....that one provided consistent service, but had a fault which resulted in too small a quantity of soap dispensed at a time - needed five or six hand movements to obtain 2ml of soap. As the dispenser is relatively inexpensive, I decided to replace it with exactly the same model - very pleased with the purchase. This one works perfectly, and helps provide peace of mind in these worrying times of hygiene concerns!!

After a screwed the wall inserted the batteries filled with liquid soap machine isn't working, all the effort gone down the drain also left with wall damaged and a machine that doesn't work, absolutely rubbish.

I purchased three of these for our office entrance doors. They work really well with hand sanitiser, with a single vend per person rather than the optional two. I recommend this product to others. We have had only one minor issue, the sanitiser we use does occasionally clog the dispenser's spout, but this is quickly fixed.

Excellent product. Bought for our B&B for guests to use on entering, filling with hand sanitiser 75% alcohol. Easy to install. Value for money. Supplier fast with answering emails. Delivery faster than date given. Highly recommend.

I find that the flow of soap is way to fast and does not stop when I take my hand away so I have a lot of wasted soap that pours out

I Wanted for my workshop to easily dispense Alcohol Gel. It went together easily and no problem refilling. Each time you put your hand under, it dispenses about 3ml of gel, I found 2 squirts was required, but am happy with the product and price. Item comes from the Far East, but packed well and looks good
