But over all a nice case the sheer number of fans that can be ...
It's a little on the large size for a mid tower and it's kinda heavy even without parts installed. But over all a nice case the sheer number of fans that can be installed make this an aircooled delight, no real need for an AIO or water cooling IMO.

Zalman Z11 Neo
This is a pretty decent case for the money. There are a couple issues with air flow, that front smooth design required a little tinkering to get any kind of cool air into the box. Also, there are these odd vents on the bottom for power supply intake. Those needed to be cut out, not sure what the purpose there was. They didn't really look neat and they just reduced cool air. I also added a side air vent, was curious with all the other air intake restrictions why they would leave this out. Anyway, nice looking case, just needs a little work to keep it cool. The big problem was, for some reason, 3 of the 5 included case fans had the connector cut off. Not sure what happened here but they are just snipped right off, kind of odd. I'll need to either replace these or attempt at some kind of repair. Just kind of annoying for a brand new case to have an issue like that.

*waves Jedi hand* You WILL buy this case!
(TL;DR version of my review: This case will work for your every need, its a MUST buy for your new PC build!!)This case is FANTASTIC. It's a beast!!Before I go into the review, these are my current PC stats at the time of this case build:CPU: Intel i7 4790k @ 4.00GHzMoBo: Gigabyte Z97X-UD3HGPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX 960RAM: 12gigs Corsair VengeanceMonitor(s): 1-Asus 24" & 1-Gateway 17"Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Ultimate: Battlefield 4 Collectors EditionMouse: Logitech M570 / Razer NagaHeadset: Sades SA-928 (black & orange)Microphone: Audio-Technica ATR2100-USB/XLRMixer: (Not yet obtained)Mic stand: Neewer NB-35 Arm Stand w/ shockmountPop filter: Dragonpad swivel pop filterCooling: Corsair H100iCase: Zalman Z11 NEOAlright, here we go!You can tell that Zalman put a lot of effort into creating this case, it has the ability to run 7 fans (That I know of), which creates a wind vortex within the case to help cool everything down before it is finally spewed out of the case. It has 2 air intake bays at the front of the case which make this beast look amazing. But on a high note, even with all 7 fans running, its still whisper quiet.I was able to fit everything perfectly, and if you wanted to, it would be easy to SLI your video cards in this monster. My Corsair h100i liquid cooling system fit perfectly at the top of this case, the radiator wasn't too large or too small, it fit just right, and it hides under the case vents after you reassemble the case all back together after you finish your build. If my h100i fits, I don't see why you couldn't fit any other type of liquid cooling system in it, it has LOADS of room. The stock fans glow a bright blue hue (LEDs come preinstalled in the fans)The cable management system is pristine in this case, I was able to make my build look pretty sweet by hiding all the cables efficiently. It has 6 HDD bays, but if you are using SSDs, you could fit more than 6 as it has a hidden compartment in the front of the case hidden behind the shell, built for hiding an extra SSD or two if you screw them in properly. (you could hide cables in one or more of these bays)It has 3 bays for 'other' drives.. such as CD/DVD rom drives.. though I don't know anyone that uses more than 1 these days. But if thats your thing, its got plenty of room. (you can also hide cables in here pretty easily as well)Overall, I give this case review 5 out of 5, I am very happy I won this case from an =(eGO)= [EdgeGamers Organization] event!!I will definitely be doing business with Zalman in the very near future for my next PC build!!

Disappointing
I'm disappointed in the construction quality. The side panels seem to be bent concave so they require some creativity to get them to install evenly. There is also a noticeable gap on the windowed side between the front plate and the side exhaust housing. The non windowed side is flush in this area. Lastly, the power button was broken when I received it. There are four wires into the button that connect to the motherboard. Two for power operation, and two to turn on the LED that is integrated into the button. One of the power leads had snapped at the connection to the button, rendering it useless, and my PC non-bootable. Fortunately, I was able to scavenge an old power button from a previous build to get things running until the replacement shows up from Zalman.

Subpar case and absolutely atrocious customer service. Spend your money elsewhere.
At best, the Zalman ATX Mid Tower Z11 NEO case is a 2 to 3 star product. The unit arrived with a faulty top fan and one of the drive mounts broke literally the 1st time I pulled it out of the case. Contacted Zalman customer service 3 times, and as a result of their atrocious customer service, i am giving this product a single star. Would have given it zero stars if i could. The case arrived fairly well packaged. Upon 1st power up, the top fan wasn't square, as a result, the fan blades can't spin (rubbing). The hard drive mounts are made of extremely thin/low grade plastic. The very first time I removed one of the hard drive mounts, plastic snapped making it unusable.I called the customer service number on a weekend and left a voice mail to have someone call me back concerning the fan and mount. No response.2 weeks later, called again, spoke with 2 different customer service reps. I was asked to send an email with details and proof of purchase to the customer service email distro and to one of the rep's direct email addresses.Same day, sent email with proof of purchase. It's now been another 3 weeks. Zero response.

Great cooling performance
Great cooling performance. Screws and standoffs are cheap and feel like they are cross-threaded and going to strip. Also, the slot covers are cheap disposable "punch-outs". Use the leftovers from previous builds.

Good beginner case, but cheap feel
I bought this case because the reviews looked promising. However when I received the case it had a very cheap look and feel to it. There is lots of room for hard drive disks which can be removed for extra space. I have a Swiftech 240 AIO cooling and the radiator is large enough to fit in the top, but it blocks the optical disk drive which means that the drive sticks out of the case. There is also room for an extra fan on the bottom, but the power supply covers it up. Would recommend for a beginning case.
