This net sucks!!
This net looks like just a bunch of netting stitched together haphazardly. It didn't come with the draw string attached so filling it and drawing it together was a real challenge. It isn't square or round, there is no sense to the way it is put together. It looks like a quilt someone got confused with and gave up on. I finally did get it filled and did my best to close it, but it took forever. I would have sent it back, but I was scheduled to fly out the next day and needed to get my horses feed set up for my caregiver. Do not be lured by the price. Buy a decent net made by Texas Hay Net or Hay Chix. I ordered a Texas Hay Net at the same time as this net, and it was easy to get filled and drawn closed. This net is pure junk!!

Versatile slow feeder net that doesn't come apart after a week
I have been using this net to keep my ponies from gorging on their round bales of hay for at least a couple months now. It took them a little while to get the hang of eating through it, and now it is just the right thing to keep them from making themselves obese or sick or both. My ponies are pretty rough on things, but so far, this net is holding up great. Also, other slow feeder nets I have seen have knots that injure gums, but not this one! No bleeding or chafing, no overeating, and it's not a pain in the neck to use. Win!

Great Deal for Price!!! Surprisingly Strong
I read a lot of reviews before buying and was a little unsure which way this purchase would go. I have been relatively surprised! This net has turned out to be a great deal for the price. It is nice, heavy and thick and is a true slow feed hay net. I have a Paint and QH plus a very gluttonous miniature and a mouthy 2 year old pony eating on a round bale with this net. The pony paws and tugs and pulls on this and I have yet to find any holes yet. I've had this since October and gone through 4 bales. I'm very happy with this purchase. I hope it continues to hold up though it has already payed for itself with how much hay waste it has saved me. My horses like it too, even though they may not say that if they could talk. But it gives them constant access to hay without them overeating.

Durable and affordable
This net is really good. It covers bales of multiple sizes easily and is really tough. The material is also soft and pliable, not that weird plastic feel that many nets have. Much to my surprise, the material is also really durable. After an entire winter of enduring two hungry horses, the net is unscathed. No extra holes or tears! The only thing that is annoying is securing the net around the bale. Instead of a drawstring type closure made into the net, this net just has a long black cord that has to be twined in and out around the bottom of the net, then pulled close and tied to secure the net over the bale. I tried to tuck the cord and the net underneath the bale as much as possible to keep it away from the hooves and never had a problem with the horses getting snagged on it. It's also difficult to keep the net tight over the bale as the horses eat and the bale gets smaller. All in all, this is a really great net for the money!

Holes are very small
That's a thing is oddly shaped and the rope is not attached, people liked it well enough in the reviews but it is not like other nets, and the holes are very small, mebe ok for a pony or small donkey, but a horse would be hungry.

Great for the price
I have always used the famous name brand and this has held up just as well! I have 3 horses on it 24/7 and in the elements. It is HUGE. I love how I don't have to tug and pull to get it around a bale. The drawstring isnt attached but I quickly wove it through every few holes and that does the job.

Fits all sizes of bales very well!
Itโs hard to tell on the stretch of the net because itโs new but i have 3 different size big squares and it fit fine with a little coaxing on a 1100 lb bale! So far so good I bought 3 of them and would definitely not be afraid to order again! I have tried several different types I really really like this one!

Small openings
The holes seem to be a little too small. Horses have trouble getting the hay out. Netting appears thick and strong. Haven't had long enough to say if it is truly durable.
