Used as a guide rail for my Ryobi small circular saw and it worked well. The clamps are a little bit fiddly but I achieved what I needed to.

You need to compatible ruler but makes picture Hanging a doddle

Ok for ripping plywood, not good for finish work as there is play in the track.
If you want something to cut wood down into more manageable bits it is pretty good because it stops the circular saw from wandering. It has play in the track and guide interface so I would not use it for finish cuts.
