I wish I had purchased this and prepped my lips prior to getting my fillers. The first time, I used it after the injections and I don’t feel it made much of a difference. I had a lot of bruising that lasted a while. However, the second time, I began to use this almost a week before the injections and continued using it for a few days after. I had hardly any bruising! One bottle lasts me through one round of injections (almost a week before and 4-5 days after) using it liberally. There is OTC arnica gel for a fraction of the cost of this, but it doesn’t have all of the same ingredients, so I’m going to stick with this from now on.

I was told about this product through aesthetician after skin procedures that can cause bruising. This worked great on injection site bruising but also on bruising caused by blood thinner pop-up bruises, as well as day to day bruises. This is expensive (although much less than retail sources) bit a little goes a long way! And it works…no one likes seeing ugly bruises on face on hands.

I was very let down with product for the first time . I was bruised badly after injections and it honestly after being applied various time didn’t help at all . They up the price a multitude of times which is frustrating . This time I figured it to of been a total waste of hard earned money .

I bought this product because while researching lip and face fillers, I saw some people were given this by the med spa that did their injections. I knew I was planning on having my lips done so I bought this ahead of time. This was my first experience with any cosmetic procedure and I was (surprisingly) in quite a bit of pain later in the day and the day after. This helped calm the swelling and bruising. I was shocked that a product like this even existed. A little goes a long way. Love this product and would buy again. Worth every penny

I honestly cannot tell if this stuff works. my doc gave it to me and described it as arnica on steroids. i have been using it for about a year after injections. i bruise easily and a lot. i apply this morning and night and sometimes in between. i just can't tell. some areas of lighter bruising, maybe its working. On areas of heavier bruising, i still look like I've been in a fight, and my bruising lasts for about a month.

I started using Alastin post-injection serum about a year ago after experiencing bruising after having fillers. The dermatologist recommended Alastin to help the bruising clear more rapidly. It definitely worked. The top of my hands also bruise easily. When I use Alastin, the bruises clear more rapidly. This is a great addition to my skincare regimen.

It made my black eyes fade quicker, and soothed my dry, irritated post microneedling skin.
