I love it. Perfect size for my living room. Comfortable and love the cup holders. Easy to put together.

I purchased this to use as a couch for my craft room. I was less interested in a bed, and more in an inexpensive couch to relax and sit on to watch TV, do crafts and paint (paired with an adjustable shelf on wheels). It is exactly what I needed at a great price.It's comfortable to sit on, though the seat isn't as deep as a standard couch. It's about the width of a love seat and with the cup holder and arm pillows on, it's a tight squeeze to fit between the two and not comfortable - I realize it's best to use one or the other. It was easy to assemble and took me about an hour to assemble on my own. Power drill necessary to finish building, but extra screws and washers were provided. I will say it's shorter then I thought - I'm 5'5" and when I lay on it my feet hang off a bit, but that doesn't bother me because sleeping on it is not it's main purpose. I would highly recommend for any room that needs a little extra seating.

I should have went with my first instinct. I went ahead and kept it instead of canceling it like I was going to in the first place. Anyway, I started putting it together And I'm missing little tiny rings and one of the back legs #4 is slightly dented and to the back of the cup holder middle part that when trying to connect to( the top ones pic attached bottom ones ok) A part to B part the left and right that is, the holes that the screw goes in are too big so they fall out, plus it's pretty hard to get it in cause the pre-drill holes are little too far apart but with little pressure it could go in but the problem is again the screw won't stay in the hole because it's too big. I have contacted the customer service department to let them know and I will give another review once I hear back from them. Right Now it's a 2 star and that can change once I hear back. It is nice looking and it will serve its purpose for my office. It also could serve as purpose for a unexpected guest. But its not very comfortable, use for temporary bed purposes not for a permanent solution I suggest. It does seem a little short for anyone that is above 5.3. Can be good for my grandkids when they visit. Also I must have missed it somewhere that the armrest are not attacheable detachable like, Velcro kind of thing.***UPDATE***I wanted to give an update in regards to customer service with this company and I must say they are amazing!!! Not only were they quick at responding to every one of my emails and they also compensated for the dent in the leg and the missed pre-drill holes!! Amazing customer service they have !!! This is a reason that I will most likely buy from them again because they will compensate for you, if anything is wrong. Great customer service 👏 👍 So I updated the stars from a 2 to a 4 for this reason, for the willingness to go above and beyond.

So, this futon gets used all day everyday.. even slept on. Its holding up really well EXCEPT that the seem on one side of the seat has split completely open. I have been using this maybe a bit over 1 month now so seeing that split is really disappointing. Other than that this was easy to assemble not terribly heavy and it looks nice. It does sit much lower than you're picturing it will trust me so consider those knees.

BUYER BEWARE and yes Amazon is allowing its customers to have to handle this themselves. I ordered this thing like last week I gave almost $200 for it and this is what I get in the box only to find out that this company is actually not a part of Amazon, but a third-party this third-party company does not have a customer service policy or a customer service phone number. This is how my package came to me. Amazon is not doing anything about it and the company is not going to be doing anything about it. I’ve already reached out to them and spoke with them. Nothing is going down. So now I’m out almost to $100 and this is what I got. I’m not sure how many legs are supposed to come with this couch, but I only have two. They’re supposed to be two armrest cushions and one section in the middle for cupholders/armrest. Absolutely poor quality materials at least what came in, and it’s ripped! It’s short, not as in low to the ground short, but short, as in I’m 5’7 and my feet dangle off the end

It's worth the money. It came with 2 extra screws and etc. absolutely no rips, one pillow was squished in shipping, I followed the assembly booklet exactly. YOU NEED an electric screwdriver/drill for the 24screws. Otherwise I was easily able to construct the entire thing with only the tool included. I'm laying on it right now. It definitely needs a soft pad, as the middle flip down arm rest cup holder thing is not soft. Like a yoga mat or something for when you use it as a bed. That should make it great for sleep. My feet hang off, but I'm happy with it.
