Excellent quality, great value

I bought this supplement back in 2024 and it helped me get over a creative block. The most profound effect I could get from Lion's Mane was that I felt very creative, which inspired my writing and painting. On another note, I experienced long frequent headaches and light sensitivity when I took this. While Lion's Mane is noticeably effective when it comes to overcoming brain fog and building good focus, it did come with it's share of side effects for me.

This really helps me focus and lessens my anxiety. I have experienced significantly less brain fog. I take two a day but you can take more as needed. There is no taste and while I cannot tell you how fast this works, I can definitely tell when I miss a day. Also, my energy level is higher. Give this a try and see for yourself if it improves your cognition.

These really work. Someone else recommended them to me to help with cognitive function. I started them and within about 2 weeks I could feel the effect. My mind was clearer, brain fog started to melt away, my focus and recall improved. The difference was literally amazing and I don't say that lightly. I've now been on these for a couple of years and can't live without them. The capsules are clear and about average size. Not very large or super small. There is no taste, aftertaste, or smell. Now I have my Mom on them. She thought it was dementia but in fact it's her medication and once she started on the Lion's Mane her focus, energy, and recall started to quickly improve. I have been taking this for over two years now. I take it because it keeps me energized throughout the day and also my sugar level down. I don’t know what else it does in my body. Maybe just keeping me healthy at 65 years of age. I will continue taking it
